What documentation comes with each batch?
Each lot has an independent certificate of analysis with an HPLC purity chromatogram and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation, plus the lot number, test date and issuing laboratory. Send us the lot number printed on your vial and we email the full report.
How are orders shipped?
Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day from Miami. Vials travel cold, in insulated packaging with a tracked service. Domestic US orders over $300 ship free.
How should the material be stored?
Lyophilised peptides are stable for long periods at -20°C and should be kept away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, material is normally refrigerated and used within the window indicated on the reference sheet included with your order.
