Before you order
How do I place an order?
Tap the order button on any product. The email opens already written with the compound, size, quantity and price — you add your name and shipping city and send it. We reply with stock confirmation, the final total including shipping, and payment instructions. Nothing is charged until you agree to the total.
What if my package never arrives?
If the carrier confirms a parcel is lost, we reship the same order once at no cost to you. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, tell us within seven days of the delivery scan and we open a claim with the carrier and reship if it is upheld. This is written policy, not a favour we decide case by case.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. Mention the code WELCOME10 in your first message and we take 10% off the vials in that order. One use per customer, and it does not stack with volume pricing — we will always apply whichever gives you the lower total.
Do you give volume pricing?
From five vials up, yes. Send us the list you want in one message and we quote it back with the discount already applied. Institutions and repeat buyers can be invoiced against a purchase order with net terms — tell us your entity and we set it up.
