Privacy policy
What we collect when you order, why we need it, who sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.
Who we are
New Way Labs LLC operates newwaylabs.shop from Miami, Florida, and is the controller of the personal data described below. If you have a question about how your information is handled, write to orders@newwaylabs.shop and a person will answer.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name, shipping address, email address and phone number you give us, together with the contents of the order and any message you send. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type and pages visited — for security and troubleshooting. We do not collect card numbers: payment details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our systems.
Why we use it
To confirm and fulfil your order, to arrange shipping, to send the certificate of analysis for your lot, to answer your questions, to keep the records that tax and commercial law require, and to prevent fraud. If you ask us to, we also use your contact details to tell you about new lots and offers — and you can stop that at any time by replying to any message.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to complete your order: the shipping carrier, the payment processor, and the platform that hosts this website. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not give it to data brokers. We disclose information to a public authority only when we are legally required to.
WhatsApp orders
When you order through WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on Meta's platform and is subject to Meta's own privacy terms as well as ours. We keep the order details from that conversation in our records the same way we keep an emailed order. Please do not send card numbers, government identification or medical information through WhatsApp — we will never ask for them there.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies its hosting platform needs to serve pages and keep them secure. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first and a consent notice will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, which is what United States tax and commercial record-keeping obligations require. Messages that did not lead to an order are deleted within twelve months. Server logs are rotated by our host on its own schedule, normally within thirty days.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it — although we do not sell or share it in the first place. Write to orders@newwaylabs.shop and we will respond within forty-five days. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we extend the same treatment to everyone.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that we hold information from someone under 21, we delete it.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections and access to order records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority within the time the law requires.
