01Why do I see disclaimers everywhere?

Because they are accurate, not decorative. Everything we sell is a laboratory chemical for in-vitro research. It is not a drug, a supplement or a cosmetic, it has not been evaluated by the FDA, and it must never be administered to a person or an animal. Repeating that is how we stay honest about what the product is.

02Where is New Way Labs located?

We operate out of Miami, Florida. Inventory is stored and dispatched from there, which keeps the cold chain short for domestic orders.

03What is a research supply company?

A supplier of reference materials to laboratories and qualified researchers. We source, verify and distribute compounds for in-vitro work. We are not a pharmacy, not a clinic and not a compounder, and we do not provide protocols or clinical guidance of any kind.

04What are research peptides used for?

They are used as reference materials in laboratory studies: assay development, receptor and pathway work, analytical method validation and preclinical research described in the scientific literature. Our product descriptions summarise what a molecule is and where it appears in that literature. They are not statements about outcomes in people.

05Who can order from New Way Labs?

Buyers must be at least 21 years old and qualified to handle research chemicals in a laboratory setting. By ordering you confirm the material will be used only for legitimate in-vitro research and never administered to humans or animals.

06Why am I being asked to verify my order?

Occasionally we confirm an order by email before dispatch. It is a routine check on the delivery details and on research-use eligibility, and it protects both sides against fraud and misdirected shipments. Replying to that email is usually all it takes.

Product & handling

07What size vials do your peptides come in?

The size is listed on every product card, from 10 mg up to 60 mg depending on the compound, plus a 100 mg presentation for GHK-Cu and 500 mg for NAD+. Blends show the combined total, and CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin is supplied as 5 mg of each in a single vial.

08How do I store lyophilised peptides?

Sealed, at -20°C, away from light and moisture. In that state they are stable for long periods. Let a vial reach room temperature before opening it so condensation does not form inside.

09How do I store reconstituted material?

Refrigerated at 2-8°C, upright, protected from light, and used within the window indicated on the reference sheet included with your order. Reconstituted material is far less stable than the lyophilised powder, so do not leave it at room temperature and do not freeze and thaw it repeatedly.

10Do you use fillers or stabilisers?

No. Our vials contain the peptide only. Purity figures on the certificate refer to the peptide content of that lot, with no bulking agent added to inflate the weight.

11What temperature should the vial be at before I start?

Room temperature. Take the vial out of cold storage and let it equilibrate on the bench before handling it. Working with a cold vial straight from the freezer invites condensation, and moisture is the main enemy of a lyophilised peptide.

12How is a lyophilised peptide reconstituted?

In general laboratory practice the solvent is added slowly down the inner wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and the vial is swirled gently until the solid dissolves. It is not shaken, because agitation can denature peptides. Choice of solvent and volume depends on your protocol and is a decision for the researcher. We do not provide protocols.

13The reconstituted material will not draw from the vial. What now?

Usually it is a pressure problem rather than a product problem. Equalising the pressure inside the vial before withdrawing normally resolves it. If the solution looks cloudy, has visible particles, or the powder never fully dissolved, stop and email us with photos and the lot number before using it.

Testing & documentation

4
14Is there a certificate of analysis for my vial?

Yes, for every lot we sell. Send us the lot number printed on your label and we return the full report, normally the same business day. No account and no purchase history required.

15Are your products laboratory tested?

Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory before release: HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry to confirm identity against the theoretical mass of the sequence. The issuing laboratory is named on the certificate.

16Do you print batch numbers on the vials?

Yes. Every vial carries a lot number, and that number maps to one specific report, not to a generic sample from an earlier production run. Traceability is the whole point.

17What purity should I expect?

Our specification is 99% or higher by HPLC. The certificate for your lot states the measured figure, which is the number that matters rather than any claim on a marketing page.

Shipping

18Which carriers do you use?

Domestic orders go out with tracked services from the major US carriers. The carrier is chosen based on the destination and on which route keeps the package cold for the shortest transit time.

19What are your shipping options and timeframes?

Standard domestic delivery typically arrives in two to three business days, with expedited options available on request. Orders over $300 within the United States ship free.

20What days do you ship?

Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed before 2pm ET on a business day leave the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, because a package sitting in a depot over a weekend is a package losing its cold chain.

21Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Ask for it when you send your order request and we will quote overnight or two-day service to your address before you pay.

22Do you ship to Australia or the UK?

We ship across all 50 US states as standard. International destinations are assessed case by case, because import rules for research chemicals vary widely and in several countries these materials cannot be imported at all. Write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your address.

23Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.

Check with everyone at the address and with your local depot first, since carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered a day early. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, email us with your order reference and we will open a claim with the carrier and work out a replacement with you.

24Do you offer shipping protection?

Coverage against loss or damage in transit can be added to any order. We quote the cost with your order confirmation, before payment, so you can decide whether it is worth it for that shipment.

25I gave the wrong shipping address. What now?

Email us immediately. If the package has not been handed to the carrier we can correct it at no cost. Once it is in transit the address is largely out of our hands, and any redirection fee the carrier charges is passed on.

26Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. Outer packaging is plain, with no branding and no indication of the contents. Only the sender details required by the carrier appear on the label.

Orders, bulk & returns

6
27Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Tiered pricing is available for laboratories and repeat buyers ordering volume. Send us the compounds and quantities you need and we will come back with a quote and lead time.

28I forgot my discount code. Can the order be adjusted?

If you tell us before payment is processed, yes. Once an order has been paid and dispatched we cannot reprice it, but we will apply the code to your next order instead.

29I missed a sale. Can the price be honoured?

If your request came in within 24 hours of the sale ending, write to us and we will usually honour it. Beyond that the pricing has closed, and we would rather be consistent with everyone than make exceptions quietly.

30I received the wrong item.

Photograph the vial and its label without opening it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We send the correct item and cover the return, and you do not pay shipping twice for our mistake.

31What is your refund policy?

Material that arrives damaged, compromised or outside specification is refunded or replaced at our cost once verified with photographic evidence reported within 48 hours of delivery. Because of the nature of the product we cannot refund vials that have been opened, reconstituted or left out of cold storage.

32Can I exchange an item?

Unopened vials still in the original cold-chain packaging can be exchanged for another compound of equal value within 7 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken the vial cannot be exchanged, since we can no longer certify how it was stored.
