Terms of sale and research disclaimer
Please read these terms before placing an order. Submitting an order request confirms that you accept them in full.
1. Research use only
All products offered by New Way Labs LLC are chemicals supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research conducted by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority.
2. No human or animal use
Under no circumstances may the materials sold on this site be administered to humans or animals, ingested, injected, inhaled or applied to the body. Purchasers who indicate an intention to use products in this way will have their order refused.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are professionally qualified to handle research chemicals, and that you will comply with all federal, state and local law applicable to their purchase, possession, handling and disposal.
4. No medical advice
Nothing published on this website — including product descriptions, references to published research and answers to frequently asked questions — constitutes medical advice or a recommendation of any kind. Descriptions summarise the scientific literature about a molecule; they are not statements about outcomes in people.
5. Certificates of analysis
Certificates describe the analytical characteristics of a specific lot at the time of testing. They are provided for informational purposes, do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose, and do not imply approval or endorsement by any regulatory body.
6. Orders, pricing and payment
Requests submitted through this website are order requests, not completed purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars per vial and may change without notice. An order is only formed once we confirm it in writing and payment has been received in full.
7. Shipping and risk
We ship within the United States. International orders are assessed individually and the buyer is responsible for confirming that importation is lawful at the destination. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery by the carrier.
8. Returns
Because of the nature of the material we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-exposed product. Material that arrives damaged or outside specification is replaced at no cost when reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Way Labs LLC is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the misuse of its products, including any use inconsistent with these terms. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling and lawful use.
